You may have used some special fonts to create your personalized PDF attachments. Unfortunately, We can’t guarantee all generated PDFs can display those fonts correctly. Please note the following:
To ensure the generated PDF display fonts as correctly as possible, save your .doc, .docx, or .odt files with the [Embed fonts in the file] option enabled but without enabling the [Embed only the characters used in the document] and [Do not embed common system fonts] options. See the article from Microsoft for details.
Due to fonts copyright and usage restrictions, the above settings can’t guarantee all fonts in the generated PDF are correctly displayed as the source file. Other fonts may still be automatically used for substitution. Be sure to check the PDF preview.
If you need precise control of the fonts, consider using fonts with SIL Open Font License (such as fonts from Google Fonts) in your source files. After using fonts with SIL Open Font License, please contact us. We also need to install those fonts into our server to generate PDFs.
