According to the [Base Campaign] settings, the system will create and send the [Auto-generate Campaigns]. Every time, it will consume your [Email Credits], [Attachment Data], [Personalized PDF Pages], or [SMS Credits]. You can review the report of each [Auto-generate Campaign]. It shows the details of consumed resources and the recipient list.
When a campaign is auto-generated, it uses the name from its [Base Campaign], suffixed with the generation date and time “ - YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM”. You can freely change the name of it without affecting its [Base Campaign] name or any future campaign names it generates.
If you want to change the name of a future [Auto-generate Campaign], you will need to change the name of its [Base Campaign]. However, all already generated campaign names will remain unchanged.
You can view the [Base Campaign] report by clicking the [View Base Campaign] icon to the left of a [Auto-generate Campaign].
If your account lacks enough resources when generating a campaign, the [Auto-generate Campaign] will stay in the [Problematic] status. The system has already created and saved the recipient list. You can purchase the needed service plans anytime, then send the campaign manually. Even if the groups, unsubscribed emails, or hard-bounced emails used by this [Problematic] campaign change, they will not affect the saved recipient list.
The following are other possible problems in the [Problematic] list:
This campaign is waiting for manual review from our support team. It usually takes under 24 hours. Your campaigns may go through this process occasionally to prevent abuse and spamming.
This campaign is prohibited from sending because it violated our Prohibited Content Policy.
