To ease the management of email marketing content, you should structurally organize your campaign materials with folders.
- Create folders for different campaigns, years, natures, languages, etc.
- Instead of uploading duplicate materials, put commonly used items that always appear across campaigns, such as company logos, header, and footer images, into a shared folder (named as common/shared), re-use them directly by linking.
- Never put all your materials into a single folder or the root folder.
