When you start or schedule a campaign, our system will check the target recipients you chose to include or exclude and generate the final recipient list immediately by default. We add all selected groups, recipients from other campaigns, your uploaded file, or pasted data and filter out the unwanted recipients during the checking process.

If you schedule a campaign that will start in the distant future, you may want the checking process to happen at the very last moment. It ensures that the latest recipients’ data, including those unwanted ones, be used for the final checking process.
When scheduling a campaign, click [Advanced Settings] to choose when to generate the final recipient list. Then, select [On Start Time] to generate at the very last moment.
