You can create any custom data field that best fits your contact management practice with field customization. All data fields, including custom fields, can be used in the selection criteria for target segmentation. They can also be used for email personalization.
To see and change any field setting, visit the [Contacts] > [Fields] tab.
Be reminded that its type is not changeable once a field is created. Therefore, make sure you choose the correct field type during creation.
