You can seamlessly import unsubscribed records collected from other channels into SalesCatalysts, enabling precise recipient filtering and ensuring that no marketing messages are sent to unsubscribed recipients.
During the import process, the system will only process and import fields that contain an email address or mobile number.
To import unsubscribed records, navigate to [Contacts] > [Import] tab, then click on the [Import Unsubscribed Email Addresses] or [Import Unsubscribed Mobile Numbers] button.
