Click the [Upgrade Plan] button on the [Details] page of a monthly plan to upgrade.
If the monthly plan is prepaid [Quarterly] or [Yearly], we will deduct the remaining value of any services not yet provided from the upgrading cost.
Once the upgrade order is confirmed, you will immediately receive the upgraded monthly plan. We’ll cancel the old monthly plan for you at the same time. After upgrading, you can continue to use the service you’ve already owned from the old monthly plan until it expires.
You can subscribe to multiple plans simultaneously, regardless of whether they are the same type. Clicking the [Buy] button instead of the [Upgrade Plan] button is considered buying an additional plan instead of upgrading the existing one.
Sorry, you cannot downgrade a monthly plan that you have already prepaid.
However, you can cancel the [Auto-renewal] of your current monthly plan first and purchase a smaller plan after the service period ends.
To cancel the auto-renewal of a monthly plan, click the [Cancel Auto-renewal] button on its [Details] page.
Cancelling auto-renewal only stops the renewal of the next prepayment cycle. All allocated services are not cancellable regardless of whether they are successfully charged or used, such as the credits you’ve already received. Be sure to cancel the auto-renewal before the next prepayment cycle arrives, based on Hong Kong Time (UTC+08:00).
After you cancel auto-renewal, your existing prepaid or unallocated monthly plan will not be affected. You can continue to use your monthly plan until the service period end. However, your prepaid fees are not refundable, whether in part or whole and services used or not.
We will stop providing new services and charge you only after the prepaid service period ends.
