First, under the [Emails] and [SMS and MMS] sections, go to the [Recurring Campaigns] tab. You can only find the [Recurring Campaign] but not the [Single Campaign] records in this tab.
The following use [Email Campaign] as an example. The corresponding functions are similar under [SMS and MMS Campaigns].
In the side drawer on the Left, you can find different categories of [Base Campaigns] and [Auto-generated Campaigns], the [Email Campaigns Tags] list, and [Tools].
[Base Campaigns] are the basis for automatically generating and sending campaigns regularly. Each of them is associated with its [Auto-generated Campaigns].
According to the recurring sending setting in the [Base Campaigns], the system automatically generates and sends these campaigns at the set time.
[Single Campaign] and [Recurring Campaign] use the same set of email campaign tags that you set up.
If you set a tag for a [Base Campaign], its [Auto-Generated Campaigns] will inherit the same tags. However, they will not automatically change their tags after generation. That is, they will not be affected by any changes to their [Base Campaigns] tag. You can manually change the tags for all [Base Campaigns] and [Auto-generated campaigns].
