All service plans are activated immediately upon completing the buying process. For monthly plans, you’ll receive the recurring services at 00:00 on the provision dates, based on Hong Kong Time (UTC+08:00).

Credits refer to the email credits, SMS credits, attachment data, or personalized PDF pages needed for sending campaigns.
We’ll deduct the required credits in full when your campaign sends the first email, SMS or MMS, not when it finishes sending or when you save or schedule it.
Before a campaign starts, our system will need time to check your target recipients for duplicates, bounces and unsubscribes. It takes around 5 seconds to check every 1,000 emails or 500 mobile numbers.
Leave enough time for the checking, and avoid starting the campaign at the last minute (23:59) when your credits are about to expire. You risk expiring and wasting them, while new services offered immediately afterwards, such as monthly plans, are unexpectedly consumed. There will be no refund or expiry date adjustment under this circumstance.
You end further delivery when you stop, rather than pause, a campaign. We will refund any unsent emails, SMS or MMS with the previously deducted credits.
The refunded credits have the same expiry date as their original. They will expire immediately and become useless if you stop the campaign after their expiry date.
Under no circumstance shall the expiry date of any service be extended, whether or not you’ve used them.
